Creating the perfect yoga playlist, makes me think of how I used to spend hours creating the perfect playlist for the people that I loved when I was young. It was so important to create the right mood for just the right occasion and allow them to find greater meaning in this organized chaos of music that I had created for them.

What better time to create a New Yoga Playlist then on the day of the Full Moon known as the Blood Moon.  While the name of this moon seems daunting, the Blood Moon is all about how we can stand true in our own light and how we relate to others and honor their true self.  This is a time to focus on balance and relationships. So with some musical tips from the beautiful Elizabeth Sobka, create a playlist for someone or make this yoga playlist for you and dedicate your practice to someone who may need it.

Thank you to the strong and inspiring Elizabeth for sending us her Yoga Playlist this week!
